Anatomy of a Bossche bol. The inside is filled with sweet cream. This is covered in a thin layer of sweet fried dough. The whole thing is then coated in a thin layer of chocolate.
This is less than half of a ball. I couldn't finish a whole one.

When Piet and Klaas are in a car, Piet is usually depicted as the driver. Klaas is often depicted riding a white horse, which Piet leads. It's funny that in this bicycle version, Piet ends up getting a ride on the luggage rack.
