Joyeuses fetes à Maisons Allfort
Happy Holidays from (the City of) Maisons Alfort
The war on Christmas spreads to France! If ever a country had a claim to a "Christian Heritage"! God has sent multiple saints to save France and still, they celebrate many winter holidays.

They're protesting in favor of the separation of church and state. Shock troops in the war on Christmas!!
There were a ton of people there. It was awesome.

Lining up at the end of the march were the black-clad anarchists, waving black flags and a few hippies and a guy in a dress.
It made me homesick.
Also: Paris is cool.

Is it ice on the mailbox on my street? Um, no, actually. During the riots, there were a few cars burned in my neighborhood. There is a spot on my street with a bunch of heat damage, including scorched pavement, the melted mailbox here and a lot of broken glass. I think one of the car fires (or an attempt to start one) was actually two doors down from me.
So I thought I should wait to mention it. It didn't wake me up. I don't feel like I was ever in any danger.
