The statue of Joan of Arc in Orléans. It's right in the center of the city.
Orléans was under partial siege during the Hundred Years War. They were losing. Then this teenager girl came in and said she could save the day. And she did.
The town is full of stuff for Jeanne d'Arc. Given her ubiquitousness, she seems to lack the right-wing association she has in Paris and the rest of France.
