This is the amazingly great Third Octave Filter in BEA 5 in Sonology, the Royal Conservatory of The Hague, the Netherlands.
It's Danish, made by Brüel & Kjœr in Copenhagen, Band
Pass Filter Set Type 1612. This interface is really, really modified.
