While Velorution prepares to ride for a solution to global warming and Greenpeace organises against a nuclear reactor, these much older activists prepared their own manifestation by screwing a Virgin Mary statue to a tripod and hanging a banner.

I asked a woman why they were protesting and she explained it was against abortion. I asked if I could take her picture and she obligingly grabbed a sign from where they were stacked and posed with it.
Later, more senior citizens arrived and they sang hymns.
The sign says «On m'exclut! Ici, je suis encore très petit. Je mesure 15 mm, j'ai six semaines. Est-ce parce que je suis SANS DEFENSE?»
"I am expelled! Here, I am still very small. I am 15mm and six weeks old. Is it because I am defenseless?"
