The closest one says «30 ans ça suffit!» "30 years is enough!"
France legalized abortion in 1975.

I went to Cimetière du Père-Lachaise, one of the largest cemeteries in Paris.
It's filled with tony outhouse-sized crypt-like things. This is a larger one/
